Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free Shipping Germany wide (except WOLFSBURG) above 39€
  • Free shipping in Wolfsburg for order above 49€
  • For order below 39€  delivery charge will be 4,99€ (Germany wide)

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • We use  DPD / DHL / Hermes for shipping in Germany as the main delivery service.  
  • If you have the order delivered to DPD/DHL/Hermes collection point, you can collect the package within one week. After that, the package will automatically be returned. 
    You will see this as a status in your Track & Trace. When we have received the package back, we will credit the products and β‚¬6.95 administration costs per package will be charged.
  •  Please note:
     we do not receive a message from DPD/DHL/Hermes when your package is returned, so keep a close eye on your Track & Trace. If you have any questions about the return, you can contact us.
  • Order Confirmation :
    •  Our standard order processing time is 1-2 working days. 
    • Once your order is proceed, it will be shipped within 2-3* working days.
    • *except holidays.

    Reasons for delivery failures:

    • You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
    • There is a mistake in the address/ or doorbell name is different than order name for delivery that was provided
    • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
    • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
    • There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
    • Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).
  • Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.


    Damages
    *NOTE:  Frozen and Fresh Vegetables/ Fruits will be delivered in normal packaging. It will take 2-3 days to deliver. We don't take any responsibilities of it's freshness.

    Follow these steps to report the same:

    • 1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
    • 2. Send us an email to business@namastedeutschland.de, with your order number and pictures of the damaged items.
