Rava or semolina is derived from durum wheat. This Double Horse Rava has undergone pre-roasting and can be directly used in cereals, puddings, sweet dishes (like Halwa), and savory dishes such as Rawa Dosa and Upma. It is also referred to by the names 'Rawa' and 'Sooji' in India.
