TRS: 2kg White Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana)

TRS Chick Peas, also known as Ceci or Chana, are characterized by their light brown and pale color. Once cooked, their texture becomes firm and tender, adding both color and flavor to dishes. These chickpeas are versatile and find use in salads, curries, and soups. In North India, they are notably employed to prepare a popular dish called chola masala.
