Terms and Conditions

All customers who make purchases from us automatically agree to our terms and conditions and shipping charges.

Delivery terms: 

• Free shipping is offered for all orders above 49€ in Germany. 
• For orders less than 49€ in Germany, a flat charge of 4.99€ will be applied. 
• If an order that has already been shipped is returned to us because the customer no longer wants it, and it needs to be cancelled, the shipment cost will be deducted from the order amount at the time of refund. 
• The price of products that are damaged in this process will also not be refunded. Our services are currently limited to Germany only. 

Confirmation of the order: After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation and acknowledgement via email. Kindly check your spam folder if you do not find any email in your inbox.

Prices and Discounts: 

All prices displayed for products include value added tax. Shipping charges are additional and subject to the minimum order limit. Ongoing promotional offers cannot be claimed after checkout.

Right to cancel the order: 

NamasteDeutschland reserves the right to refuse or cancel the entire order or certain products at any time due to various reasons such as out of stock, pending payments, or fraud.

Shipping time: 

Fulfilment of received orders will be done in 1-2 working days depending on stock availability.

Delivery time: 

Delivery time depends on the delivery partner, but standard shipping days are 2-3 days.
