- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
