Return Policy​

Returns:

1. The return window is 14 days from the date of product delivery. Products not returned within 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

2. Returns are accepted only if the product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery or has physical damages.

3. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received and remain in its original packaging.

4. Perishable items like fresh vegetables, fruits, frozen food, and other such items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an email notification will be sent for approval or rejection of the request for an exchange or return. Refunds will be processed only if the request is approved. It may take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and reach your account.

Lost/Damaged Package:

If the product is lost or damaged during transit, it will be resent or refunded after contacting the customer.
